Telecaller (Inbound/Outbound)

Fully Work From Home
Full-Time / Part-Time
₹12,000 - ₹25,000 / month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect to make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Professionally take care of incoming calls.
  • Create leads and make appointments.
  • Have call records and follow-ups daily.
  • Close cooperation with the sales department to provide lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Articulation and self-assurance.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management utility (Training will be given).
  • It is a bonus to have past experience in telecalling or sales.
